Recruit Mogul works with a transparent, performance-based pricing structure. Our placement fee is 18 percent of the candidate’s first-year base salary. You pay only after the hire has officially started. There are no retainers or upfront costs.

Every placement includes a three-month replacement guarantee. If the new hire resigns or does not meet expectations within 90 days, we will conduct a replacement search at no extra charge. This ensures your hiring investment is fully protected.
