Recruit Mogul follows a straightforward, results-driven fee structure. Our success fee is 18% of the candidate’s first-year base salary, payable only once the employee has started in the role. We do not require retainers or advance payments.
Each successful placement comes with a three-month replacement guarantee. If the appointed candidate leaves or does not meet role expectations within the first 90 days, we will run a replacement search at no additional cost, protecting the value of your hire.
