Placement Fee and Guarantee

Recruit Mogul works with a transparent and performance-based pricing model. Our placement fee is 18% of the candidate’s first-year base salary. You only pay once the candidate has officially started, there are no upfront payments or retainers.

Each placement comes with a 3-month replacement guarantee. Should the candidate leave or not meet expectations within 90 days, we will conduct a replacement search free of charge. This ensures full security for your recruitment investment.
